Wonderful sides of Turkmenistan

Day 1: Ashgabat
The local guide will meet you at the Ashgabat International Airport. You will have a chance to visit the Horse-farm for observing the wealth of the Turkmen people - Akhal-Teke horses. In the course of your tour you have a traditional tea break, and enjoy from short Akhal-Teke horse show program and can observe the racks of horses. After you drive back to Ashgabat. In the evening you will have city tour - visit main prominent places of the city. Night will be spent in a cozy hotel. 

Day 2: Ashgabat - Dashoguz - Darwaza
In the morning after the breakfast drive to local airport and fly to Dashoguz. Upon arrival you will move to Kunya-Urgench. You will explore Kunya-Urgench: Nejameddin Kubra Mausoleum, Sultan Ali Mausoleum. Then you will have delicious lunch. Tour will go on in  Kunya-Urgench: explore  Sayid Ahmed Mausoleum, TurabegKhanym complex, Gutlug Timur Minaret, Sultan Tekesh Mausoleum, II-Arslan Mausoleum, Mamun II Minaret. Next you will drive to the Gas Crater - Darvaza that is situated to the North of Ashgabat, you will have a stop in a small nomadic settlement and in the evening, to observe the breathtaking and picturesque view of the gas crater. Night will be at the tent.

Day 3: Darwaza - Ashgabat
In the morning your tour starts from driving back to Ashgabat, on the road we can visit settlement named "Bahardok" to feel the way of life of Turkmen people. After lunch explore "Old Nisa"-The Sanctuary of Parhian Kings (UNESCO site), and you will visit Mausoleum of the late President of Turkmenistan and "Gypjak" Mosque. You will visit the State Museum of History. The State Museum of History keeps ancient artifacts found at the excavations of the villages Nisa, Merv and Gonurdepe, collection of vintage Turkmen carpets, jewelries, rare examples of national clothing, and antique weapons. The Nine halls shows statuette of Athens, Eros, silver gilded griffin, gold jewelries, horn-shaped ivory vessels-rhinos of the Parthian era, medallions-stamps from Margiana and Buddhist artifacts. Also there are petrous piece of wood of the Paleozoic period, aged 270,000,000, dinosaurs' footprints, an 820-kg meteorite fallen in Kunya-Urgench in 1998 and a lot more. You will spend the night in a hotel. 

Day 4: Ashgabat - Mary
You will begin your tour with driving to Mary. On route you will explore Seyitjemaleddin Mosque, and Abiverd historical place. Upon arrival to Mary you will have tasty lunch.  After lunch you will go to : An ancient Merv. Don't miss an opportunity to have an excursion in Gyz Gala and Oğlanqala, Gala-Erk, Askhabs complex, Gyaur-Gala, Sultan Sanjar mausoleum, Soltan Gala, IbnZeid Mausoleum. In the end of the tour after dinner you will take a train to Ashgabat. Overnight will be in a train. 

Day 5: Mary - Ashgabat - Turkmenbashi
In the morning after breakfast at the train we will change other train to visit Turkmenbashi. Upon arrival you will check in hotel, and then have free time. Night will be spent in a hotel. 

Day 6: Turkmenbashi - Avaza
Today after breakfast, you start your tour with driving to Avaza. You will arrive and then check in hotel. You will relax on the coast of the Caspian Sea. You will see the sights in Avaza with its nice beaches and nature which will be turned soon into the free economic touristic zone and there will be resorts, luxurious hotels and health clubs. Night will be in hotel.

Day 7: Avaza - Turkmenbashi - Ashgabat
You will check out of hotel after breakfast. On the tour you will have a rest on the shore of the Caspian Sea then transfer to Turkmenbashi airport and have a flight to Ashgabat. You will arrive evening Ashgabat. In the end of the tour you will spend night in a hotel. 

Day 8: Flight
That's the end of your wonderful tour and transfer to Ashgabat International airport.
